CLARKE; Robert (Bob)
Suddenly, at home on Thursday, April 5, 2018 in his 70th year. Loving husband of Cerise (Tennant). Loving father of Roseanne Hennessy, Peggy (John) Birr, Marcia (James) Clarke.Very proud grandfather of Jeff (Amy), Devin, Alana, Trista (Andrew), James, Emily, Haley, Alexis and Dalton. Special Papa to Jace. He will be sadly missed by his sister Marie (Bob) of Gander NFLD and many sister and brother in laws, including Dave of Victoria, NFLD and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Jack, sister Glynis and many sister and brother in laws. Predeceased by his brother Jack and sister Glynis and several sisters and brothers in laws.
Bob was born in Victoria NFLD and moved to Ontario in his early teens, where he met and married Cerise. Bob worked many years as a custodian at the local high school, he loved joking with the kids in the halls ... and has a story or two about a few !! Bob was a hunter for many years and could always be found puttering and doing home renos. He was often seen around town walking, getting together over morning coffee or going about his day and always had a smile and was ready to talk to anyone about anything. He will definitely leave a gap in the lives of those around him.
The family will receive friends at Fawcett Funeral Cremation Reception on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 11am – 2pm followed by a funeral from the chapel at 2pm. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Feversham Kinsmen would be greatly appreciated.
