Condolence: We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to Archie's family. His sudden passing took all of us by surprise.

A quiet, friendly but amazing man left us very suddenly and as Archie's friends for many years we would like to say this to him...if we could...:


We had many laughs with you, Archie, there were nice dinners at our home and out, we had many good hours together. You were always there for us. We tried to help out too, even brought you a giant German shepherd dog "Jakey" and helped you taking care of him. The last years we always celebrated your birthday late, when we came back from wintering in Florida.

We spread the word, that you were a wonderful craftsman. You made beautiful things for us, restoring and repairing, whatever it took. You always had an idea, when others had given up on a hopeless project.

We were happy for you, when you were able to buy your house. When we said Good bye in November, we left a table there to be altered. This is a table, which you had made for us years ago. We will treasure this so much now and it will always remind us of you. We could not know then, that we would never see you again. We miss you so much, your first class workmanship, but mostly the decency, sense of humor and kindness you represented.

You were so proud this fall and showed us the progress you had made in the house and happily told us about the plans you had for the future. You improved a part of Flesherton by restoring a house, which badly needed it and you loved every minute of it.

We remember the laughs we had, when we brought you our antique doll to be repaired. You even invented a way to retrieve her eyes, which had disappeared into her head. What a smart man you were!

We are so glad, that you build a good life for yourself and
enjoyed it so much and never knew, that it would come to such a
sudden end. You deserved, that you did not have to suffer for a long time and you will always be remembered by us.
Our children and their families also got to know you and respect you . All of us will always miss you.

Condolence: To the Rimmer Family
I am so sorry for your loss. It is difficult to cope with the death of our dear loved one, but we have our special memories to help us to move forward. God is always there to comfort us (2 Corinthians 1:3,4).  We can also consider Acts 24:15 where we read about the hope of the resurrection of both the just and unjust. I pray this helps you to find peace.
