Passed at her home in Holland Centre on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in her 69th year. Loving mother of Colin Gallacher(Shirley Francisico) of Toronto. Loved and remembered as Grandma Pat by Madeline “Elle” and Harris Gallacher. Dear sister of Jeanne(Doug) Whiting of Oakville, aunt of Michelle(Paulie Kimmett), Christopher(Andrea) and Matthew Whiting. Beloved great aunt to Asher and Caleb.
Pat resided in various town in grey county but will always be remembered for her dedication and passion to her job as a youth worker at Hincks-Dellcrest Farm for juveniles.
A celebration of Pat’s life will take place on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 1:00pm through a livestream at www.facebook.com/fawcettfuneralhome.ca or can be viewed at a later time at www.fawcettfuneralhome.ca.
