Condolence: Dear Ron and family, I served with Linda on the Conference Interview Committee and she was a valued team member. Linda was also very encouraging to me in my ministry and the first to say hello. She was so committed to the church and offered such service in many ways. My sympathies to you all. She will be missed by many, including me.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to you Ron and all the family. I'll always remember Linda for the wonderful lunches and chats we had over the years. I'm truly grateful to Linda for the hospitality and support she gave me when I was on my internship at Annesley as well as for the times we had together at Presbytery meetings. Her faithful dedication to the United Church will be missed in so many ways. I cannot be at the service due to a medical appointment but you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: Linda was one of the first people to welcome me to Annesley when we moved to your area. Her enthusiasm for church activities was an example to us all. We will remember her down to earth attitude and willing spirit. Hoping you are comforted by memories of happier times, and surrounded by a warm community of friends.

Condolence: I was very sad to hear of Linda's premature passing the other day. I will always have a place in my heart for Linda, as she was one of my earliest caretakers in the most tender years of my life. I can remember sitting on her lap being rocked and comforted more than once when I couldn't sleep because of a painful earache. At 5 years old I was chosen to be her flower girl at her and Ron's wedding. I was beyond excited and impatient for this day to arrive. I can remember Linda giving me the stink eye at some point during the ceremony when I started fidgeting just a little too aggressively as I grew impatient for the ceremony to come to a close. Naturally, I immediately obeyed - I knew better than to disobey Linda!! I only visited with Linda a handful of times over the years after that, but each time I was reminded of what a warm and caring woman she was. She will be missed by many, including myself. I look forward to continuing and deepening our friendship on the other side one day. I send my sincerest condolences to Ron, Nadine and Leslie and their families, as well as to Betty, and all of Linda and Ron's extended family at this time of loss. May the Lord bring comfort to all of you as you gather together to celebrate Linda's life.

Condolence: It was sad to receive word that your dear Linda has left your loving and earthly space. Linda you were a beautiful ( in so many ways ) kind and intelligent lady and a wit that always made for enjoyable conversation. Condolence: Dear Ron and family, I am so sorry to hear of Linda’s passing. I remember the last time that we travelled together to Conference Interview Board, and you, bless your heart, drove her here so that we could then travel on into the meeting and you stayed and did gardening...because she offered your help. She was good at that, wasn’t she. We had a few of those trips together and on them she shared how important her family was to her...how proud she was of you all, and how special to still have her mom in her life. I’m certain you know how blessed you all are to have had her in your lives. My deepest sympathies on her loss, and prayers for comfort as you begin this journey into another chapter of your lives.
