Surrounded by her family at The Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in her 25th year, of Ottawa, formerly of Markdale. Beloved daughter of Rob and Kathy Fitzsimmons of Markdale. Loving sister of Troy Fitzsimmons of Markdale. Much adored granddaughter of Fred and Marg Drensek, and Marie Fitzsimmons all of Markdale. "Nana" will be greatly missed by Aunt Marg Beggs and Family, Aunt Barb Tansley and Family, Aunt Pat Fitzsimmons, Aunt Debbie Boucher and family, as well as numerous friends, colleagues and extended family. She is predeceased by Grandmother Kathleen Fitzsimmons and Grandfather Ralph Fitzsimmons.
