Condolence: Dear Doris, Karen, Laurie, Roger and All your family. We loved being with you all in many aspects of our fun life, dinners, cards, baseball and just outings. We view Gerry and you as extended part of our family. He was a very Great friend of Leslie and Olive Seeley, our father and mother, and in many ways he looked after Leslie in outings and especially at their places in Fort Myers, Florida. He acted like a Son to Leslie in looking after him. We especially remember Gerry in Baseball as the Catcher and Leader of the Team and Larry will always remember the game in Nottawa when Gerry dropped his glove on a pitch from Larry to sharpen up the Umpire. He was pure competition and enthusiast in Baseball. Gerry took his Leadership into other aspects of his life, especially in Poinsettia Park and looked after many people from Grey and Simcoe County who now have a second home in Fort Myers including our Family. He was sincere, hard working, a driver in tasks, and went into things with all his heart and energy. We will all miss Gerry but always have Great Memories of Him.

Condolence: Dear Doris, Karen, Laurie and Roger...I am so sorry to hear of Gerry’s passing...we have spent many hours remembering all the many occasions we shared time with him...from baseball with our Dad, to drinks together in Florida...I remember as a child of 9 watching him play catcher for my Dad, the pitcher, at a game in Singhampton and Gerry did not back down from anyone...he was the kind of man who strode as he walked, always with a purpose and destination in mind...he had such an infectious laugh! A very special man with a heart bigger than life...how special he was to our Dad and how we appreciated the many times he eased the way for him..we will not look upon his like again...
