Condolence: Hans, it is with great sadness that I send our deepest sympathies to you and your family. I was aware of Elaine's struggle with health issues, but hearing of her passing is still upsetting. Elaine and you had left us with many fond memories over the years, your wedding, our bluegrass trip to Pennsylvania, and our camping trips, especially to the finger lakes. Elaine's sunny personality always made you feel welcome and her passion for cooking was always admired/envied. Hans, I hope there is some comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering. Rest in peace Elaine.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. I did not know her well but got to know her better through Sharron VanWagoner. A small group of us went to Buffalo once and had a good time. I know also that she had been ill with this disease for some time. Again what I knew was through Sharron. I remember we came to your house once and we talked about seeing the country with an RV? Hans, I know what it is to lose someone you love dearly. I know that Sharron would have liked to have come up to see you but perhaps we can visit with you when the weather improves. You and your family have my most sincere sympathy.

Condolence: We were so saddened to hear that Elaine passed away Hans and family, we had so many great times together, in particular our motor home trip through the East Coast and NFLD, our narrow boat trip down the canals of England and our cruise from Rome to Texas. These will remain with us always. Elaine was a very pure spirit with a ready smile and welcoming heart. She made all around her feel special and important to her. She will be missed but our memories of her will linger on through our lives. RIP Elaine
